A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA,
DESIGNATING A GOVERNING BOARD
MEMBER AND ALTERNATE FOR THE SAN
GABRIEL VALLEY COUNCIL OF
GOVERNMENTS
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1: That FIDEL A. VARGAS be, and is hereby
designated to serve on the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments Joint Powers
Authority.
SECTION 2: That MARTIN GALLEGOS be, and is hereby
designated to serve as the alternate member on the San Gabriel Valley Council of
Governments Joint Powers Authority.
SECTION 3: That in the event the designated member is absent or unable
to act, the alternate member shall serve until the designated member returns or is able
to act.
SECTION 4: That the City Clerk shall attest and certify to the adoption
thereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of Fe uary, 1994.
