A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT
OF CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of California
Highway Patrol requires written training agreements from any
agency participating in their training programs; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Baldwin Park
desires from time to time to participate in certain training
programs sponsored and administered by the Department of
California Highway Patrol.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Baldwin Park City
Council that the Chief of Police or Designee is hereby authorized
and directed to sign such training agreements.
That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 1994.
