A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 022
LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5323 AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park entered into Local
Agency-State Agreement No. 07-5323 for Federal Aid the
Agreement") on or about July 8,. 1977; and
WHEREAS, the City and the State of Transportation
desire to supplement the Agreement to accomplish the
construction engineering and construction of the Athol
Street Pedestrian Improvement 07-LA-O-BWP, STPLH-5323
002).
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The above recitals are all true and
correct and are hereby incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. Program Supplement NO. 022 to Local Agency
State Agreement No. 07-5323 is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Program
Supplement.
