A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.92-42
SETTING SERVICE RATES FOR REFUSE COLLECTION
PURSUANT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AND WASTE MANAGEMENT OF THE SAN
GABRIEL/POMONA VALLEYS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No.92-42 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Refuse Collection and Disposal"
Residential Fees
One Family Service $ 12.13/month
Additional Services On-Premises $ 27.50/month
More Frequent Curbside Service $ 27.50 per refuse week
More Frequent On Premises $ 38.50 per refuse week
Senior Citizen Discount Rate $ 8.05/month
Multiple Unit Complex Curbside $ 12.13/month for the first
unit, plus
$ 8.67 each additional unit

Bins requiring more than 25 feet of movement will be charged an individually negotiated
rate depending on requirements.
SECTION 2. That all resolutions or portions thereof, in conflict with
this resolution, are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required by law.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1994.
