HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995 013 CC RESO1995 013 CC RESO(Ìì´ RESOLUTION NO. 95-13 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST ThE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ThE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37208 of the Government Code, the Director of Administrative Services does hereby certify to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referred to and to the availability of funds for payment thereof. SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park for the period of January 15, 1995 through January 28, 1995 inclusive, has been presented, ratified, and approved in the amount of $303,184.87. SECTION 3. That General Warrants in the total amount of $528,423.83 constituting claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park, have been presented to the City Council as required by law, and the same hereby approved.
