A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37208 of the Government Code, the Director of
Administrative Services does hereby certify to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referred to and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof.
SECTION 2. That General Warrants in the total amount of $39,630.45 constituting claims and
demands against the City of Baldwin Park, have been presented to the City Council I as required by law,
and the same hereby approved.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED April 5th, 1995.
