A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
STATE-LOCAL ENTITY MASTER AGREEMENT NO.
SLTPP-5323 COVERING THE STATE-LOCAL
PARTNERSHIP PROJECTS, PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT
NO. 001 AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
THEREOF
WHEREAS, this City of Baldwin Park entered into Local-Agency State Agreement No.07-5323 for
Federal Aid The Agreement") on or about July 8,1977: and
WHEREAS, the City and State Department of Transportation desire to supplement Agreement No.
001 to State-Local Entity Master Agreement No. SLTPP-5323 covering the State-Local Partnership Projects
to complete the construction of Fraizer Street, Bess Avenue and Puente Avenue 07-LA-0-BWP, 5B95-5323

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and correct and are hereby incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. State-Local Entity Master Agreement No. SLTPP-5323 covering the State-Local
Partnership Projects and Program Supplement No.001 are hereby approved, and
the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agreements.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED on June 21,1995.
