Home My WebLink About1995 043 CC RESO1995 043 CC RESO(Ìì·Ô RESOLUTION NO. 95-43 A RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.94-123 ACLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR THE CITY'S CLASSIFIED AND UNCLASSIFIED POSITIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That attached hereto, incorporated herein by this reference marked Exhibit A", is a Classification Plan, adopted pursuant to Section 33.41 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, relating to all positions in the City's employment which are designated Classified Services Employees" and Unclassified Service Employees" in such employ. SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or portions thereof, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
