That attached hereto, incorporated herein by this reference marked Exhibit A", is a Classification Plan, adopted pursuant to Section 33.41 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, relating to all positions in the City's employment which are designated Classified Services Employees" and Unclassified Service Employees" in such employ. SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or portions thereof, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. ThattheCityClerkshall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereby to the Executive Team and the Personnel Officer.
