HomeMy WebLinkAbout1996 013 CC RESO1996 013 CC RESO(Ì춉 RESOLUTION NO.96. 13 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 95-52 SETTING FEES AND CHARGES FOR ISSUANCE, PROCESSING, AND FILING OF VARIOUS CITY SERVICES AND PERMITS IN THE CITY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the cost of issuing, processing and filing various city services and permits shall be in accordance with the attached Chart of Fees and Charges, marked Exhibit A." SECTION 2. That Resolution No.95-52 and all amendments hereto, in conflict herewith are hereby rescinded. SECTION 3. That said Chart of Fees and Charges shall become effective immediately. SECTION 4.
