Resolution No.96-13 is hereby amended by adding those fees as set forth in the attached Chart of Fees and Charges, marked Exhibit A" SECTION 2. That said Chart of Fees and Charges shall become effective immediately. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required by law. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2Oth day of March.
