A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO
PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AS
APPROVED BY THE CITY'S PURCHASING OFFICER
COMMENCING JULY 1,1996.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement,
Department of General Services of the State of California to purchase materials, supplies, and equipment for and on the
behalf of the City of Baldwin Park pursuant to Section 10324, Public Contract Code, and that the Purchasing Officer is
hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith
for and on behalf of the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 1. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1996
