RESOLUTION NO.96-28
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
STATE-LOCAL ENTITY MASTER AGREEMENT NO.
SLTPP-5323 COVERING THE STATE-LOCAL
PARTNERSHIP PROJECTS, PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT
NO. 002 AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
THEREOF
WHEREAS, this City of Baldwin Park entered into Local-Agency State Agreement No.07-5329 for
Federal Aid the Agreement) on or about July 8,1977; and
WHEREAS, the City and State Department of Transportation desire to supplement Agreement No.
002 to State-Local Partnership Projects to complete the construction of Francisquito Avenue between Ra mona
Boulevard and east city limits 07-LA-0-BWP, 5B96-53-23(001)).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and correct and are hereby incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. State-Local Entity Master Agreement No. SLTPP-5323 covering the State-Local
Partnership Projects and Program Supplement No.002 are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute the agreements.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED on May 1,1996.
