A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO.024
TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO.07-5323 FOR THE
BALDWIN PARK BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park entered into Local Agency-State Agreement No. O7-53".23 for
Federal Aid the Agreement) on or about July 8, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the City and the State Department of Transportation desire to supplement the
Agreement to accomplish the engineering design and construction of the Baldwin Park Boulevard
Improvement Project between Merced Avenue and Francisquito Avenue 07-LA-0-BWP, STPL[£323).
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The above recitals are all true and correct and are hereby incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. Program Supplement No.024 to Local Agency State Agreement No.07-5323 is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Program Supplement.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of November 1996.
