A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO.025
TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO.07.5323 FOR MERCED
AVENUE BRIDGE WIDENING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park entered into Local Agency-State Agreement No.07-5323 for
Federal Aid the Agreement') on or about July 8, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the City and the State Department of Transportation desire to supplement the
Agreement to accomplish the engineering design and construction ot the Merced Avenue Bridge widening
Project 07-LA-O-BWP, BHLS-5323).
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The above recitals are all true end correct end are hereby incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. Program Supplement No.025 to Local` Agency State Agreement No.07-5323'S
hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Program Supplement.
