HomeMy WebLinkAbout2000 011 CC RESO2000 011 CC RESO(Ìì¥ìRESO 2000-11 FEB 16 2000H&8 RESOLUTION NO.2000-11 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 99-80 SETTING FEES AND CHARGES FOR ISSUANCE, PROCESSING, AND FILING OF VARIOUS CITY SERVICES AND PERMITS IN THE CITY. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Resolution No.99-80 and all amendments hereto, in conflict herewith are hereby rescinded. SECTION 2. That the cost of issuing, processing and filing various City services and permits shall be in accordance with the attached Chart of Fees and Charges, marked Exhibit ZA' specifically those relating to the Temporary Outdoor Displays. SECTION 3. That said Chart of Fees and charges shall become effective immediately. SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required by law. APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 2000.
