A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK1 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.99-
75 RELATING TO APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
UNSCHEDULED VACANCY CREATED ON THE
HOUSING COMMISSION, OFFICE NO 3, OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK
WHEREAS, on January 15, 2000, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
declared a vacancy on the Housing Commission, Office No.3, with a term expiration date
of June 30,2001, and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk was directed to advertise the unscheduled vacancy in
accordance to State Law, and applications were accepted in accordance thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDIWN PARK
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following named person is hereby appointed to fill the
unscheduled vacancy as a member of Office No.3 of the Housing Commission of the City of
Baldwin Park. Such appointee shall hold office at the pleasure of the City Council and serve
for the unexpired term as follows:
Office 1 Blanca Solis for the term expiring June 30, 2001
Office 2- Cecilia Diaz for the term expiring June 30, 2001
Office 3- Rafael Garcia for the term expiring June 30, 2001
Office 4 Margarita R. Vargas for the term expiring June 30, 2001
Office 5- Sally A. wieck for the term expiring June 30, 2003
Office 6- Patricia Graham for the term expiring June 30, 2003

Office 7- Lilly Lee Bailey for the term expiring June 30, 2001

Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and
forward a copy hereof to said appointee and to the Housing Commission Secretary.
