HomeMy WebLinkAbout2000 039 CC RESO2000 039 CC RESO(Ìì°yÖRESOLUTION NO. 2000-039 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000-011 SETTING FEES FOR ISSUANCE, PROCESSING AND FILING OF VARIOUS CITY SERVICES AND PERMITS IN THE CITY, SPECIFICALLY THOSE RELATING TO MODIFYING AND ESTABLISHING VEHICLE IMPOUNDS/STORAGE FEES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 2000-011 and all amendments hereto, in conflict wherewith are hereby rescinded. SECTION 2. that the cost of issuing, processing and filing various City services and permits shall be in accordance with the attached Chart of Fees and Charges marked Exhibit A", specifically those relating to impound/storage vehicle release fees. SECTION 3. that said Chart of Fees and charges shall become effective immediately. SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required by law.
