A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK. CALIFORNIA. APPROVING PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENT NO. 005 TO STATE-LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5323 AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park entered into Local-Agency State Agreement No.
SLTPP-5323 for Federal Aid the Agreement") on or about November 2, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the City and State Department of Transportation desire to supplement
Agreement No. 005 to State-Local Partnership Projects to complete the construction of
Ramona Boulevard Francisquito Avenue to Foster Avenue and Puente Avenue Badillo
Street to Ramona Boulevard).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and correct and are hereby
incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. Program Supplement No. 005 to State-Local Transportation Partnership
Program Agreement No. SLTPP-5323 is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized
to execute the Agreement.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 2000.
