A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37208 of the Government Code, the Chief
Executive Officer or designee does hereby certify to the accuracy of the demands
hereinafter referred to and to the availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the two payrolls of the City of Baldwin Park consisting of check
numbers 107443 to 108175, inclusive, voids: 107443, 107451, 107452, 107457, 107664,
107660 to 107663,107818, and 108165 for the period of July 23, 2000 through August 19,
2000 inclusive, has been presented and hereby ratified, in the amount of $805,298.35.
SECTION 3. That General Warrants, including check numbers 117894 to 118234
inclusive, in the total amount of $1,176,155.15 constituting claims and demands against
the City of Baldwin Park, have been presented to the City Council as required by law, and
the same hereby ratified.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED September 6th, 2000.
