A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2001-092 APPOINTING
HORTENCIA REYES TO OFFICE NO. 3 OF THE
HOUSING COMMISSION
WHEREAS. On February 20. 2002, the City Council appointed Housing Commissioner
Gloria Gonzales to the Planning Commission. As a result of the appointment, a vacancy was
created on the Housing Commission. Office No. 3).
WHEREAS, a Public Notice of vacancy was posted on February 21, 2002. and
published in the San Gabriel Valley Tribune on the 1st, 8th and 18th of March. 2002; and
published in the March issue of the Baldwin Park NOW.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park is desirous of appointing a
member to Office No. 3. of the Housing Commission for the un-expired term through June 30.
2005.
NOW. THEREFORE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDIWN PARK
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following named individual is hereby appointed to office No. 3 of the
Housing Commission of the City of Baldwin Park and shall hold office at the pleasure of the
City Council and serve for the un-expired term as follows:
Office 1 Oscar B. Marin for the term expiring June 30. 2005
Office 2 Ana Lujan for the term expiring June 30. 2005
Office 3 HORTENCIA REYES for the term expiring June 30, 2005
Office 4 Margarita R. Vargas for the term expiring June 30. 2005
Office 5 Sally A. Wieck for the term expiring June 30, 2003
Office 6 Marionette Savage for the term expiring June 30, 2003

Office 7 Ruth Davila for the term expiring June 30, 2003

Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and forward
copy to said appointee and to the Housing Commission Secretary.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 2002.
