A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2002-017,
APPOINTING GLORIA 1. GONZALEZ TO OFFICE NO. 3,
ANTHONY BEJARANO TO OFFICE NO. 4. AND MILAGROS
G. ALBA TO OFFICE NO. 5. OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the terms of office for Planning Commission Members Gloria I.
Gonzalez, Office No. 3; Conrado Magdaleno, Office No. 4; and Milagros G. Alba, Office
No. 5 expired on June 30. 2002; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing and/or or reappointing
members to Office Nos. 3, 4 and 5 of the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, appointments to Office Nos. 3. 4. and 5 are made and entered onto
this resolution for a two-year term, expiring June 30, 2004; and
WHEREAS, a public notice of the unscheduled vacancies was published
according to the requirements of state law in the San Gabriel Valley Tribune.
NOW. THEREFORE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDIWN PARK
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following named persons are hereby appointed as members
of Office Nos. 3, 4 and 5 of the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park. Such
appointee shall hold office at the pleasure of the City Council and serve for the term as
follows:
Office 1 Ed Huetinck for the term expiring June 30, 2003
Office 2 Monica Garcia for the term expiring June 30, 2003
Office 3 GLORIA I. GONZALEZ for the term expiring June 30, 2004
Office 4 ANTHONY J. BEJARANO for the term expiring June 30, 2004
Office 5 MILAGROS G. ALBA for the term expiring June 30, 2004
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and
forward a copy said appointees and to the Planning Commission Secretary.
PASSED. APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 2002.
