RESOLUTION NO. HA 2002-03
A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AND THE BALDWIN PARK
HOUSING AUTHORITY, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS TO SIGN U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS AND
SUBMISSION OF REPORTS IN CONNECTION WITH
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT. HOME, AND
SECTION 8 HOUSING PROGRAMS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the City of Baldwin Park and the
Baldwin Park Housing Authority finds it necessary to Adopt a Resolution, which
authorizes certain individuals to conduct and carry out those duties related to executing
documents required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
HUD).
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AND THE BALDWIN PARK HOUSING AUTHORITY DO RESOLVE, DECLARE.
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor, Chief Executive Officer. Executive Director and Director
of Housing, of the City of Baldwin Park are hereby authorized to execute documents
with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development including, agreements
and submission of reports.
SECTION 2. That the above designated officer(s) are authorized to take such
actions on behalf of the City of Baldwin Park and the Baldwin Park Housing Authority as
are necessary to effectuate the purpose and intent of those agreements and submission
of reports.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
