A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2002-007
BY ADDING CIVIL PENALTIES FOR CERTAIN
VIOLATIONS OF CITY ORDINANCES RELATING TO
PARKING
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2002-007 set forth certain fees and bail schedules,
including setting fines for parking violations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the existing bail to adopt new civil
penalties for violations of City ordinances relating to parking pursuant to the authority
granted by Ordinance No. 1075.
NOW. THEREFORE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE. DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, n accordance wfth Ordinance No. 1075, Resolution 2002-07
is hereby amended to add a civil penalty of fifty dollars $50.00) for violations of the
following Baldwin Park Municipal Code sections relating to parking:
a. Section 153.031
b. Section 153.031 A)
c. Section 153.032
d. Section 153.033
e. Section 153.034
f. Section 153.035
g. Section 153.110
h. Section 153.358
SECTION 2. That ail fines and penalties set forth in Resolution No. 2002-007
that are not in conflict with those established by this resolution shall remain in full force
and effect.
SECTION 5. That the fines established by this resolution shall become effective
immediately.
SECTION 6. That the City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of the Resolution
and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required by law.
