A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
BALDWIN PARK APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AND
THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD FOR THE SHARING OF
SALES TAX REVENUE GENERATED BY
LAIDLAW'S HARLEY DAVIDSON SALES, INC.
MOTORCYCLE DEALERSHIP
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement Between the City of
Baldwin Park and the City of Rosemead for the Sharing of Sales Tax Revenue
Generated by Laidlaw's Harley Davidson Sales, Inc. Motorcycle Dealership" attached
hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference the Agreement"),
2. The City Council authorizes the Mayor to sign the Agreement, and the
Chief Executive Officer, or her designee, to forward a copy thereof to the City of
Rosemead.
3. Pursuant to Government Code Section 55704.5, this resolution has been
approved by not less than two-thirds of the City Council.
4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution, and the City
Clerk shall cause this Ordinance to be posted or published as prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of January 2004.
