A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK SETTING ANIMAL LICENSING FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the cost of licensing dogs and cats in the City shall be as
follows:
Unaltered Dog Altered Dog Senior Altered Penalty Unaltered Cat Altered Cat
$30.00 $15.00 $7.50 $20.00 $10.00 $5.00
SECTION 2. That said fees shall become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of the Resolution
and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 2004.
