RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR COST-
SHARING OF ELECTRICAL FACILITIES ON STATE
HIGHWAYS IN THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the State of California, acting by and through its Department of
Transportation has presented an Agreement for cost sharing of the State highway in the
City of Baldwin park effective as of June 16,2004, and to remain in effect until amended or
terminated.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard/read said Agreement in full, and is familiar
with the contents thereof:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
that said Agreement for Cost-Sharing of the STATE highway in the CITY is hereby
approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said
CITY.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 16th DAY OF June, 2004.
