HomeMy WebLinkAbout2004 049 CC RESO2004 049 CC RESOøY ùYPQ> RESOLUTION NO. 2004-049 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, APPROVING THE SETTING OF FEES FOR ISSUANCE, PROCESSING. AND FILING OF VARIOUS CITY SERVICES AND PERMITS IN THE CITY. SPECIFICALLY THOSE FEES RELATING TO BUILDING, CODE ENFORCEMENT, PLANNING, ENGINEERING, AND PARKING FEES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS. Resolution 2004-049 generally sets forth the costs for the issuing and processing and filing of various City services and permits; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to revise the fee schedules relating to Building, Code Enforcement. Planning, Engineering and Parking fees as set forth in Resolutions 2001-054 and 2002-007; and NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the cost of issuing, processing, filing permits and the use of City Services shall be in accordance with the attached Schedule of Fees and Charges, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A'; and Section 2. That the fee schedules set forth in Exhibit A' supercede those fee schedules provided in Resolutions 2001-054 and 2002-007 relating to Building, Code Enforcement, Planning, Engineering and Parking fees; and Section 3. That all fees set forth in Resolutions 2001-054 and 2002-007 that are not in conflict with those established by this Resolution shall remain in full force and effect; and Section 4. That all fees not related to development projects established by this Resolution shall become effective immediately; and Section 5. That development related fees shall become effective sixty 60) days after the effective date of this resolution; and Section 6. That the City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of the Resolution and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required by law.
