A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING FEES FOR POLICE
RELATED SERVICES
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2005-001 generally sets forth the costs for the
issuing and processing and filing of various City services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to revise the fee schedules relating to
police related fees as set forth in Resolutions 2000-39; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly noticed and published on December 20.
2004.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE. DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the cost of issuing, processing, and the use of City Police
Services and the time and motion rates for vehicle storages shall be in accordance
with the attached Schedule of Fees and Charges, attached hereto and incorporated
herein as Exhibit A'; and
Section 2. That the fee schedules and time and motion rates set forth in
Exhibit A' supercede those fee schedules provided in Resolution 2000-039 relating to
Police schedule of fees and cost of Police services; and
Section 3. That all fees set forth in Resolution 2000-039 that are not in
conflict with those established by this Resolution shall remain in full force and effect;
and
Section 4. That development related fees shall become effective sixty 60)
days after the effective date of this resolution; and
Section 5. That the City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of the
Resolution and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required by law.
