A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK APPROVING THE MODIFICATION AND
SETTING OF FEES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF PARKING
PERMITS AT THE BALDWIN PARK METROLINK STATION
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to modify fee schedules relating to parking
permits at the Metrolink Station parking lot, as set forth in Resolutions 2001-054, 2002-
007. 2002-020, 2004-49; and
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The cost of issuing, processing, filing permits and the use of City
Services shall be in accordance with the attached Schedule of Fees and Charges,
attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A".
Section 2. The fee schedules set forth in Exhibit A" supercede those fee
schedules provided in all previous Resolutions relating to Parking Permit Fees at the
Metrolink Station Parking lot.
Section 3. All fees set forth in all previous Resolutions that are not in conflict
with those established by this Resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. All fees established by this Resolution shall become effective
thirty 30) days after the effective date of this Resolution.
Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of the Resolution
and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required by law.

of Motor Vehicles Disabled Parking placard can obtain a monthly parking
permit at no charge.

student identification can obtain a monthly parking permit at no charge.
