A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FEES FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF DIRECTIONAL SIGNS WITHIN THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set a fee schedule relating to the
installation of directional signs within the street right-of-way and various locations.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the cost of the manufacture and the installation of directional
signs shall be in accordance with the attached Schedule of Fees and Charges, attached
hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A"; and
Section 2. That the fee schedules set forth in Exhibit A" supercede those fee
schedules provided in all previous Resolutions relating to the installation of directional
signs in the street right-of-way; and
Section 3. That all fees set forth in all previous Resolutions that are not in
conflict with those established by this Resolution shall remain in full force and effect;
and
Section 4. That all fees established by this Resolution shall become
effective thirty 30) days after the effective date of this Resolution; and
Section 5. That the City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of the
Resolution and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 2005.
