A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK, AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION
AND FILING OF OES FORM 130 IN THE OFFICE OF
EMERGENCY SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS. On April 15, 1998 the City Council approved Resolution 98-28
designating certain individuals as agents for the handling of matters relating to the
Office of Emergency Services reimbursement; and
WHEREAS, in an effort to be in compliance with the Governor's Office of
Emergency Services requirements, the City Council desires to update Form 130.
NOW THEREFORE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE. DECLARE. DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, or
FINANCE DIRECTOR, or
THE CHIEF OF POLICE
are hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of Baldwin Park, a public
entity established under the laws of the State of California, this application and to file it
in the Office of Emergency Services for the purpose of obtaining certain federal
financial assistance under P.L. 93-288 as amended by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster
Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of 1988. and/or state financial assistance under
the California Disaster Assistance Act.
That the City of Baldwin Park, a public entity established under the laws of the
State of California, hereby authorizes its agent(s) to provide to the State Office of
Emergency Services for all matters pertaining to such state disaster assistance the
assurances and agreements required.
