A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FEES FOR USE OF
THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set a fee schedule relating to the use of
the City Council Chamber.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the cost and fees associated with the use of the City Council
Chamber is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A"; and
Section 2. That all fees set forth in all previous Resolutions that are not in
conflict with those established by this Resolution shall remain in full force and effect;
and
Section 4. That all fees established by this Resolution shall become effective
thirty 30) days after the effective date of this Resolution; and
Section 5. That the City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of the Resolution
and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required by law.
