RESOLUTION NO. 2006-059
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, APPROVING THE MODIFYING AND
SETTING OF THE PENALTIES FOR A VIOLATION OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARKING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, City of Baldwin Park Ordinance No. 1295 will amend Municipal Code
10.99 F) allowing the penalty for parking ordinance violations be established by resolution
of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to modify and set the penalties for a violation of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code relating to parking.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the penalty for a violation of Baldwin Park Municipal Code 72.21
A) shall be in accordance with the attached Schedule of Penalties, attached hereto and
incorporated herein as Exhibit'A.'
Section 2. That except for a violation of Baldwin Park Municipal Code 72.21 A)
as set forth above, the penalty for each parking violation shall not exceed $50.
Section 3. That the penalties established by this resolution shall become effective
thirty 30) days after the effective date of Ordinance No. 1295.
Section 4. That the City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of the Resolution
and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required by law.
