SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park supports a limited
Constitutional Convention as the best tool to restore power to the local governments
and the people of California.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 19th DAY OF AUGUST 2009.
