A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE
RECORDATION OF A COVENANT AND AGREEMENT TO
HOLD PARCELS PARCEL 8551-007-033 AND PARCEL
8551-007-034 AS ONE PARCEL
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act and the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code, establishes procedures governing the administration of the City's subdivision
program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized to regulate development within
established boundaries in furtherance of the private development; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works received a formal request from the
properties owner to join APN 8551-007-033 and APN 8551-007-034 thru a recorded
certificate of compliance covenant and agreement, and to hold said parcels as one.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City of Baldwin Park City Council authorizes the Director
of Public Works to submittal a covenant and agreement to the Los Angeles County
Assessor's Office for recordation.
SECTION 2. That the Director of Public Works, or his/her designee, is hereby
authorized and empowered to execute all documents, including but not limited to,
Certification of Compliance and Legal Description.
SECTION 3. That this resolution is effective until rescinded by the City of
Baldwin Park City Council.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 21St day of Ji$y 2010.
