NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at their meeting of June 19, 2002, the Baldwin Park
City Council, Redevelopment Agency and Housing & Financing Authority adjourned said
meetings respectively, to WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26, 2002, at 6:30 p.m., at Baldwin Park City
Hall, 14403 E. Pacific Avenue, 3rd Floor, Room 307, Baldwin Park, CA 91706.
This adjournment was unanimously approved by the City Council, Community
Redevelopment Agency and the Housing & Financing Authority.

All items listed are considered to be routine business by the City Council and will be approved with one
motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember so requests, in
which case, the item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal
sequence on the agenda.

AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE
CALIFORNIA POLLUTION CONTROL FINANCING AUTHORITY
SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES GRANT PROGRAM (395 -25)
Recommendation: Waive further reading, read by title only and adopt
Resolution No. 2002 -067 entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF A
GRANT APPLICATION TO THE CALIFORNIA POLLUTION CONTROL
FINANCING AUTHORITY SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES GRANT PROGRAM."
