AGENCY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council is hereby called to be
held on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 7, 2002, at 5:30 pm in the Council Chamber Conference
Room, at City Hall, 14403 E. Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, California 91706.
The Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of conducting a closed session on the following
matters:
A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — EXISTING LITIGATION - GC §54956.9
Name of Case: LeGarra v. City of Baldwin Park
B. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT (GC §54957)
Title: Interim Community Development Director
C. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (GC §54957)

It is anticipated that teleconferencing will be used in part to conduct this particular meeting and
statutes of the Brown Act governing teleconferencing requires additional noticing for the general
public. Therefore the following information is provided:
