TO: THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council is hereby called
to be held on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2002, at 8:00 a.m. at City Hall, 14403 E.
Pacific Avenue, 3rd Floor, Conference Room B, Baldwin Park, CA 91706.
The Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of conducting a closed session on the
following matter:
1. CLOSED SESSION
A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (GC §54957)
