MONDAY, MARCH 12, 1956 7:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in adjourned
regular session at the above place at 7:20 P.M.
The meeting opened with the Flag Salute.

ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmen Bloxham, Cole, Durkin, Roll Call
Taylor, and Littlejohn; City Attorney;
City Clerk.
Absent: City Treasurer.
Mrs. Igna, or her attorney, Mr. Marcus, were requested to
come forward and present the matters in connection with
which the meeting was called. Neither present.

The City Council reconvened at 8:40 P.M., and proceeded
with public hearing on request of Hildreth M. Doyle for
rezoning of her property south of the San Bernardino
Freeway and lying between Merced Avenue and Ituni Street.
All those present interested in this case were requested
to stand, and a count showed: Opposed.- None; For four.
J. C. Ells, 3228 Peck Road, El Monte, appeared for applicant.
Moved by Councilman Taylor, seconded by Councilman Bloxham,
that the City Planning Commission recommendations be ap-
proved, and that the Zone be changed tD.C. and that the
City Attorney draw the necessary ordinance.

Administrator. Attorney's Office.
Approved.
Moved by Councilman Durkin, seconded by Councilman Bloxham,
and unanimously carried, that this bill be paid.
Moved by Councilman Col9, seconded by Councilman Taylor,
that the meeting adjourn. Approved.
Adjournment 9:05 P.M.
