Athol St., Baldwin Park, recommended that a mounted police force be organized for the purpose of representing the City of Baldwin Park in special events, parades, programs, rodeos, shows, to publicize the City of Baldwin Park, and to assist the regular police de- partment in emergencies; this unit to consist of not more than thirty 30) regular members.
