TUESDAY, MARCH 20, 1956 4:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in adjourned
regular session at the above place at 4:30 P.M.
ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmen Bloxham, Cole, Durkin and Roll Call.
Littlejohn; City Clerk; City Attorney.
Absent: Councilman Taylor; City Treasurer.
The City Administrator submitted the application of H. W.
Otting, doing business as Webster's Garbage Disposal, for
ten business licenses for garbage and rubbish collection.
Moved by Councilman Durkin, seconded by Councilman Bloxham,
and unanimously carried, that ten licenses be issued to
Mr. Otting.
The City Attorney presented an ordinance entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK AMENDING SECTION 3318.3 OF TEE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL
CODE,"
Moved by Councilman Bloxham, seconded by Councilman Cole,
that this Ordinance be passed and adopted. It was then
passed and adopted by the following vote:
AY Councilmen Bloxham, Cole, Durkin and Littlejohn.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Taylor.
Moved by Councilman Durkin, seconded by Councilman Cole,
that the meeting adjourn. Approved.
The foregoing minutes approved
by the City Council April 2 1956.
