SPECIAL MEE'T'ING MAY 31, 1956 7:30 A.M.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in special
session at the above place at 7:30 A.M.
Mayor Bloxhaln lead the salute to the Flag. Flag Salute
Present: Councilmen Cole, Scovotti, Duskin and B1axham,
City Clerk, City Attorney
Councilman Littlejohn was not present for roll
call but reported at 7:35 A.M.
Roll Call
All members acknowledged receipt of written notice of meeting. Notice of Meeting
City Clerk presented petition for Writ of Mandate by C. Harold Writ of Mandate
Hopkins, and Louis Smith Hopkins, Aloys Caillier vs. City of
Baldwin Park and its various officials.

Moved by Councilman Duskin, seconded by Councilman Scovotti,
thatthe City Attorney prepare and file the necessary Answer to
this Petition. This motion passed by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Cole, Duskin, Littlejohn, Scovotti and
Bloxham.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
Moved by Councilmen Cole, seconded by Mayor Bloxham that the
meeting adjourn.
