A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF
EXECUTIVE OFFICER TO ADMINISTER THE EXISTING MASTER
AGREEMENT NO. 07-5323R AND TO EXECUTE THE PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 015-N
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park is eligible to receive Federal and/or State
funding for Transportation Projects; and
WHEREAS, the Federal and/or State Agencies revised the programming and
funding process for Transportation Projects, which are incorporated into new Master
Agreements; and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplement Agreements, Fund
Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements need to be executed with
Federal and State Agencies including the California Department of Transportation
before such funds could be claimed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park wishes to delegate authorization to execute
these agreements and any amendments thereto to the Chief Executive Officer or his
designee.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2. That the City of Baldwin Park agrees to comply with all conditions
and requirements set forth in the Master Agreement and applicable statutes,
regulations, and guidelines for all federally and/or State funded Transportation Projects.
SECTION 3. That the Mayor and City Council approved Master Agreement
which is effective June 1, 2009 to June 30, 2019, and all Program Supplements and any
Amendments thereto, for Federally and/or State Funded Projects.
SECTION 4. That the Chief Executive Officer or his designee be authorized to
execute the Program Supplement Agreement No. 015-N and any Amendments thereto
for federally and/or State Funded Projects.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.

foregoing Resolution No. 2013-008 was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park at a regular meeting thereof held on April 3, 2013 and that the same was
