RESOLUTION NO. 2013-020
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK,
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING A
CONTINUING APPROPRIATION FOR THE TEMPORARY USE OF THE 2012-13
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013-14 PENDING FINAL APPROVAL OF THE 2013-14
BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City needs an operating budget to function financially, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to continue making payments in a timely basis with
proper authorization established, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has a properly approved budget for fiscal year
2012-13.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park as follows:
Section 1. The City adopts as a temporary measure the fiscal year 2012-13
budget as its budget for fiscal year 2013-14.
Section 2. The Chief Executive Officer is hereby directed and authorized to take
any and all necessary actions to implement this budget.
Section 3. The Mayor or presiding officer of the Baldwin Park City Council is
hereby authorized to execute this resolution indicating its adoption by the City Council.
Section 4. The City Clerk, or her duly appointed Deputy, is directed to attest
thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 19th day of June, 2013.

the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Baldwin Park at a special meeting thereof held on June 19, 2013, by the
