The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in an
adjourned regular session at the above place at 7:30 P.L.
Mayor Bloxham led the salute to the Flag. Flag Salute
Invocation was given by Rev. Graham of the Church Invocation.

City Clerk stated he had spoken to the Health Inspector
and he stated-they. had been doing everything possible;
that they have mai problems there; that they are spend-
ing more time there than on anything they are doing.
City Clerk stated we had never signed a contract re Health services

City Clerk stated he would check both with the County
and the State officials regarding health services in
the City, and especially with respect to trailer courts,
and would advise the Council's desires.
