The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in
regular session at the above place at 7:30 P.M.
Mayor Bloxham led the salute to the Flag. Flag Same
Invocation was given by Rev. Waldo B. Specht, Pastor of Invocation
Central Baptist Church, Baldwin Park.

a change of zone unless she proceeded in the usual manner
by making application to the Planning Commission.
Moved by Councilman Durkin, seconded by Mayor Bloxham, and
unanimously carried, that the matter be tabled until the
next meeting.

to order Mr. Gilmore's expulsion from the building.

There is to be a meeting January 22, 1957 at 10:00 o'clock
with Mr. Molten from Sacramento and Mr. Schroeter, with
reference to previous appraisals. Mr. Litlejohn ad-
vised that Mr. Longcore and Mr. Jaqueth of the State
Department of Finance would accept Ni'. Walter Schroeter
as a bona fide appraiser for the City of Baldwin Park.

and unanimously carried, that the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park express its present intention of
approving the bearing one-half of the cost of a 4-lane
bridge across Walnut Creek I-lash on Francisquito venue;
that final approval of the project and expenditure of
funds will be dependent upon receipt of formal plans
and specifications and estimate of the cost, and until
such time, the Council reserves the right to reject the
participation of Los Angeles County in such a bridge.
