Council Chambers) The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in regular session at the above place at 7:30 P.M. Mayor Bloxham led the salute to the Flag. Flag Same Invocation was given by Rev. Waldo B. Specht, Pastor of Invocation Central Baptist Church, Baldwin Park. ROLL CALL: Present: Councilman Cole, Durkin, Littlejohn, Roll' Call Scovotti and Bloxhain, City Clark. Garvey Blvd., Baldwin Park, Business Licenses appewred in person to make application for business` Eugenia Igna. censer covering her several businesses because of her objection to waking certified statements as to same. She Tabled until next stated that she would not sign these statements. She also meeting. requested an explanation as to wt her property zoning had been changed without her knowledge when previously some of it had been in M-1 zone. It was explained to her that the change would not affect her present business but that she could not change the nature of the businesses or expand. She eras advised that she could not obtain business licenses unless she signed the affidavit or stated to the council that condition of the premises was satisfactory. This she would not do, but stated she would have to see her attorney. It was explained to Mars. Igna that she could not obtain a change of zone unless she proceeded in the usual manner by making application to the Planning Commission.
