The City Council of the City of Baldwin park met in adjourned
regular meeting, at the above place at 11:30 A.M.
The City Attorney informed the Ubuaacil bf the status O Mt,
Earle D. Duskin who was convicted of a felOhy by a ph
February b, 1957, to-wit, that this Jury atitioann ti ly
terminated his service as a City Co~ahciLaYtt. l~Ie t
informed the Council that it would be noeebiJ44
Mrt Duskin's name on the recall ballot.
The City Attorney also informed the Council regarding
thh manlier of filling 41 Duskin's vacancy.
The City Administrator brought up the matter of payment
of 562.C0 to Mr. Charles E. Glidden for preparation of
large scale detailed map of the intersection of Baldwin
Park Boulevard and Frazier Street, to be used in Court
in connection with a felony mRns]aughter case.

Moved by Mayer Bloxham, seconded by Councilman Littlejohn, Conference
and unanimously carried, that a conference meeting of the meeting to be

unanimously carried, that the bill be paid.
Councilman Littlejohn requested written opinion from the
City Attorney as to payment of City salary to City eployees
appearing as witnesses before Courts in criminal matters.
Moved by Mayor Bloxham and seconded by Councilman Littlejohn,
and unanimously carried, that the meeting be adjourned.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:57 A.M. Adjournment.
