CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Lozano at 5:55 p.m.

• Update on the proposed Mega 5 Partner's, Inc. project (Baldwin Park Blvd./Merced
Ave.); existing wireless communications facility incorporation.
• Proposed 47 detached dwelling unit project at 14827 Pacific Avenue by Mega 5
Partners, Inc.
• Proposed 9 detached dwelling unit project at 15110 Badillo Street by Mega 5 Partners,
Inc.
