CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Lozano at 5:30 p.m.

PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
None.
OPEN SESSION
1. APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH THE BERKSHIRE GROUP FOR FINANCIAL
CONSULTING
It is recommended that the City Council approve the contract for Financial Services with the
Berkshire Group.
Item was approved.
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
The meeting was recessed to Closed Session at 6:00 p.m.
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d)
of Section 54956.9

REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Tafoya listed the items discussed by Council and reported no final action was taken
on these items, thus there is nothing to report out.
